The following hours are times when ShannonMarie's staff is actively performing services for clients. It represents the times when clients and prospective clients can get in touch with ShannonMarie for information, scheduling of services, or with any questions. It is also during these hours that you can expect to hear back from ShannonMarie
via email and/or phone calls.
We are aware that not all of life's situations can be neatly wrapped up into even this ample schedule, and we are willing to schedule services and appointments outside of these hours, but may charge a premium rate. Discuss this with your assistant at the time, so that appropriate arrangements can be made. |

There are certain times of the year when our staff's availability becomes scarcer due to the hectic pace of consumer seasons and the increase of demand during these times. ShannonMarie will be operating as usual during these times, but clients (unless otherwise agreed upon per contractual agreements) may be charged a premium for our services.
Please refer to the following calendar. Dates in red indicate that no services will be rendered on those days.

Our offices are located off of Highway 94 on the western edge of St. Charles, MO.
Our service coverage extends about 25 miles in any given direction from our office. In general terms, our standard coverage area extends to Wentzville to the West, Spanish Lake to the East, New Town to the North, and Sunset Hills to the South. We include all of St. Louis County.
As you might expect, we know that experience might take us out of our typical areas from time to time, and this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis regarding pricing and mileage. |

Our customizeable service includes service packages for those who will be requesting our services regularly. These are handled by individual contracts with detailed descriptions of the ongoing services that are to be proffered, and also afford a discount to the client who signs up. For example: |

ShannonMarie's Payment Policy |
- After 1 hour minimum, hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments.
- for membership service packages, a signed agreement is required to be present before services are begun.
- Monthly Membership Invoices will be mailed / emailed on the 15th of the month preceding service unless other arrangements have been made. Payment is due by the 1st of the month in which services are being utilized.
- A la Carte Services are paid upon completion of service in question.
- There will be a returned check fee of $25.00 in addition to any fees charged to ShannonMarie as a result of said returned check.

ShannonMarie accepts Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Cheques, and other same-as-cash methods of payment.
Checks should be made out to ShannonMarie. Please read the Payment Policy in regard to checks above.
ShannonMarie utilizes Paypal to process any credit or debit card payments. |

- Only legal and ethical service requests will be considered.
- Incidental costs such as products purchased and applicable mileage are charged in addition to the service fees.
- ShannonMarie is not a cleaning, maid, or housekeeping service.
- ShannonMarie is not a taxi or limousine service, and will not transport people.
